We collect the information you provide when booking an appointment, signing a consent form, contacting the studio or creating an account. That includes your name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact, appointment details and the health answers on your consent form.

Health information and signed consent forms are treated as sensitive. They are stored in private storage, are accessible only to authorised studio staff, and are never published or shared through public links.

Payment card details are never stored by the studio. Deposits are handled by a payment provider.

We keep booking and consent records for as long as required for the studio's legal and insurance obligations, then delete them. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the studio.
